Rachel Monroe was born in May of 2006. Just then she was nothing but a boy in a dress. Through out the years, she has became state known, as has performed at MOST gay bars in Louisiana. Today, Rachel is a Cher impersonator, and enjoys entertaining others. I started with the Krewe of Divas, still with them, and always will be.
